Ever since 1901, our family has been proudly serving the Everett area. What began as a retail and wholesale lumber business eventually became Everett Downtown Storage, one of the city’s most established and highly rated self storage facilities. A Legacy of Excellence

After decades of successfully operating our original facility on Hewitt Avenue, Everett Downtown Storage transformed a vacant beer distribution warehouse into a second location on McDougall Avenue. Along the way, our unwavering commitment to hard work and quality service has paid off, earning us the City of Everett’s Monte Cristo Neighborhood Friendly Business Award and the Small Business Administration's 2013 Washington State Family-Owned Small Business of the Year.
