Moving Truck Rental Policy

To Rent Our Truck You Must

• Provide Valid Drivers License
• Provide Proof of Insurance
• Be Minimum 21 years of Age
• Have Credit Card or pay $200 refundable cash deposit
• Pay $15 Reservation Fee which converts to mandatory Insurance Waiver. This applies to all Truck Rentals and limits renter liability to $1,000 for damage to truck.

“Complimentary” Truck Use With Any New Storage Unit Rental

• Half day use with storage rental < 100 sq ft (5×15 or smaller)
• Full day use with storage rental >or = 100 sq ft (10×10 or larger)
• 30 Free Miles (Additional miles @ $.60 per mile)
• Gas Tank Full – Return Full w/ copy of Gas Receipt ($6 per gallon refill charge)

Standard Rental Charges for current Everett Downtown Storage Customers

• $10 per hour plus mileage @ $.60 per mile OR
• $30 per day plus mileage @ $.60 per mile
• Fuel Charges @ $ 6 per gallon apply if returned with less than full tank

PLEASE NOTE: Our truck is available for reservation on a first come first serve basis. If our truck is being used on the day you need it, we have partnered with our local PENSKE branch and have access to their fleet of trucks. We will reimburse you $30 toward the cost of your moving truck rental in conjunction with any new storage unit rental.
