Good Morning Tom. Hope you had a great weekend. We got all of our Shredding done on Friday. That was good to get it all done. I wanted to thank you for all the great service over the years. We appreciate your welcoming us when we come ever we come in and all the little things you do for us to make it easier when we are working in the storage unit. Have a great week:)

Absolutely The BEST!!!

I have had many storage companies before I have rented with Everett Downtown Storage on Rucker. They are everything they advertise and more. I expected the clean facility, understood the hours. What I never expected was the people not just the building from which I was renting to be so wonderful, and truly caring. I will never choose anywhere else to store my belongings EVER! I always recommend this specific storage site on Rucker to everyone that will listen.

It's nice to deal with a company who remembers what customer service really means. Thank you Teri and Tommy for all the help you've given me
