I have had my goods in storage for over 2 years. One year of that was while I was working over seas. I have always found the storage to be clean, safe and secure. The management is very friendly.

For what it's worth, you're by far my favorite person and business that I've met through this experience. Aside from providing such great service and attentiveness, you have a warmth and friendliness that makes me feel like I'm home in Kentucky. Sunny thank you. As I said before, "your the queen bee"!

Having frequented on many occasions, the ease of access, very clean condition of the property, and the safe feeling I have when I visit stick out in my mind.

The space is just the right size, thank you. I just need to move some more stuff in and I will be all set. Thank you so very much.

As a long haul mover based out of the mid west I\'ve delivered to hundreds of storage sites across the country. Without a doubt hands down this was my best delivery experience. First off the location is only a couple of blocks from the interstate. I was so excited to see that I was able to get a few feet from the unit with my 53\' trailer making our unloading job easier that much easier. This place is huge, it\'s a full block long. The manager was went out of her way to make me and my crew feel very welcome. Without having to ask she let us know where the restrooms were and offered us hot chocolate and hot spiced cider. For a driver, it doesn\'t get much better than that.

So far my experience is by far better than the experience I had with Public Storage.

I've used Everett Downtown Storage McDougall twice. The building is safe, clean, warm and I feel good knowing everything I own is safe there right now. The staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend Everett Downtown Storage!
